ATEX conformity

An explosive atmosphere is defined as a mixture of dangerous substances with air, under atmospheric conditions, in the form of gases, vapours, mist or dust in which, after ignition has occurred, combustion spreads to the entire unburned mixture. To be used in such harsh environments, electronic equipments must be compliant with ATEX norms to avoid completely all explosion and fire hazard. Several technologies are implemented depending on the case : explosion proof enclosure, limitation  of surface heating, antistatic connectors, etc… All our ATEX products are validated by an  approved notified body.

User-friendly monitoring software

SEE TELECOM has developed useful monitoring tools to be placed in the tunnel control room:

  • EMS : Local monitoring board that propose IP interface as Web server and SNMP server, and advanced OPC-UA interface to monitor all devices that compose the system both locally and remotely.
  • AMCE : Console based on Server / Clients architecture , with gateways to SCADA via OPC-DA, OPC –UA, dedicated views, diagnostics, alarms and specific tools to monitor with a high precision the complete system.
